MARK YOUR CALENDARS FOR OUR RIBBON CUTTING !!

Be sure to attend our Ribbon Cutting on Saturday, September 18 to see our "completed" Main Street.  There will be hot dogs, soda, door prizes, give-aways

and, as always, FUN, FUN, FUN.  Here's a few pictures from our archives:

This is a pic from August.  Local artists are busy setting up their wares to showcase.

Come visit on September 18 to relax on our completed Main Street, visit all our new shoppes and share stories of this old place.

Call me with any questions or to find out how you can have a shoppe or table concession at The Shoppes at Sandy Run. We love meeting new friends and neighbors.

 WELCOME TO OUR NEWEST SHOPPE-KEEPERS:

SANDY RUN GENERAL STORE

"We need a place to buy bread & milk and hear the latest gossip" is the most often-heard request we've received from customers.
So, we are in the process of opening our General Store.

Jackie hasn't gotten contracts for bread or milk yet, but he has cold drinks, snacks and Blue Bunny ice cream.  And, of course, the latest gossip.
Stop in. The air conditioning is free.

Li'l Toddler Town by Tira

Picture in process--
Tira has her shoppe stocked to the ceiling.

Newborns, infants, toddlers and older kids will be looking great in these quality clothes.

Toys, games, room decor, car seats, and or course dolls and teddy bears.

Stop in and outfit your kids or decorate a new nursery.

Ole Thyme Primitives

It's all hand-made. New, just for you, but made to look "old timey".

You'll love the feel, the aroma, and the music in this shoppe.

Visit and satisfy all your senses, and take some memories home with you.

Cindy's Treasures

You'll recognize our newest shoppe-keeper from our Marketplace.

Cindy's moved into a larger shoppe and already has it overflowing with bargains.

She's even in here working when we're "closed" on Monday and Tuesday.

Stop in and welcome her.
George knows "Everything NASCAR"!!

He's even got the "checkered flag".

The only time you won't find George in his shoppe is when he's out bidding at an auction. He's always got something new in his shoppe.

Stop in and wish him well.

 TONEY'S VARIETY

If you can't find it in the Toney Brothers shoppe, you don't need it!
They have everything in their shoppe, including the kitchen sink, or dishwasher, or popcorn machine, or gas pumps, or tables and chairs, or---
you get the idea---

Come here first and you won't need to travel all over the county.

POP'S

We have no idea where Pop's gets his wares, but he gets so much that he is constantly selling, trading, bartering and moving stuff so quickly that it barely has time to collect dust.

Stop in and get your violin or cake pans or trading cards or wall decor today because it will be replaced with crystal or clocks or a telescope by tomorrow.

Dancing Turtle Herbals

Paul has a "story" about the naming of his shoppe. Just ask.

And most of his offerings also come with either useful tips or a piece of his mind. Come on over and "swap tales" with Paul.

LOTIONS, NOTIONS & POTIONS.

This is the sweetest-smelling shoppe here.

ARTISTS ARE SETTING UP SHOPPE ON OUR NEW MAIN STREET:

Kim's Handcrafted Jewelry using local gems, glass & turquoise

Phil and Marty provide "painting on anything" and local commentary

Betty's Ceramics is preparing her table

Glass from Ashville is showcasing painted glassware

AMERICAN MACHINE TO BECOME POP'S ATTIC

Alas, we had to move Joe again to make room for our newest shoppe-keeper - Pop's Attic.

You'll find Joe in his new workshop in the main building.
Get in touch with him if you have machinery for sale, if you need something or if you'd like to swap or trade. We're making a list for our regular shoppers.

Pop's Attic is doing some nice renovation inside this building. He wants to be open prior to our Ribbon Cutting.
Stop by and check out his progress.

UPDATES ON OUR OTHER SHOPPES:

GOLDEN DOMERS TOY & HOBBY

Check out Mike's new and improved, larger store.

Everyone's a kid at heart.
There's always a lot of "fun" happening in this shoppe.

Visit his showcase page for more pics and upcoming offerings, and then visit his shoppe.

GO IRISH!!

MILCO COLLECTIBLES

Terry collects the best!

His shoppe is quickly becoming the new "Man Cave".

There's always an extra seat to visit and shoot the breeze.

Stop in and find out what's happening at The Shoppes.

TRAIL'S CROSSING SUTLERY

Our favorite sutler grew out of her shoppe before she even got it all stocked.

You'll find Mel on the end of Main Street now, in her larger shoppe where she can work on her civil war outfits, costumes and alterations.  Busy, busy lady.
